GRADUATION REGISTRATION

All students must register online and pay a compulsory fee in order to graduate from the South Eastern Regional College.


Before you proceed with online registration for graduation you will need the following information:


- Your Student ID Number


- Your paypal details or


- Your Debit or credit card details

IMPORTANT GRADUATION INFORMATION

When to RegisterYou must register well in advance of your ceremony. Do not wait until you have been notified of your results, as this is too late. Your registration is received subject to the successful completion of your higher education qualification. Registration and payment must be made no later than 21 days prior to the relevant ceremony. Students applying later than 21 days will not be able to graduate until the next appropriate ceremony.


Ceremony Dates/Times Can be viewed on the Graduation Facts page on the SERC website. Students can defer graduating until the next graduation ceremony e.g. September 2011


DebtIf you owe any money to the College, whether for fees, fines, or any other charges, you will not be permitted to graduate until settlement has been made.


Graduation Fee Payment
Students must pay a compulsory fee of £30 for Graduation Registration. Students cannot attend the graduation ceremony if this payment is not made. Payment is made via paypal by debit/credit card. This fee is non-refundable except in the event that you do not pass all of your modules.


This payment of £30 will entitle you to receive 2 guest tickets. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased at £10 per additional person. You may also bring your children (up to age16) Free. Please indicate how many adults and children are attending on the graduation registration Form. All tickets will be available for collection on the day of the Graduation ceremony.


AddressIf you are not attending your certificate will be sent to this address. Please indicate on the form if the address provided is your permanent new home address and your record will be changed accordingly.


Data Protection You can agree / not agree to your graduation details being published in the newspaper or notified to a third party via the online registration form. It is not possible to opt out of having your name appear in the Graduation Programme if you are attending a ceremony.


Hood and Gowns If attending a ceremony academic dress (gown and hood) must be worn. These will be collected before the Graduation.

OPTIONAL ADDITIONS - Extra Tickets

The £30 charge includes the graduation gown and entry for the student and 2 guests. If you wish to invite more than two guests please select how many extra tickets you require from the dropdown before submiting the form.
